Description

even though it there is a sign posted that no encampments should be there and the continued money spent on clean up - there is always returning homeless and tons of debris that make it unsafe to walk or even park on the street - something needs to be done for the citizens who are trying hard to make it in oakland and pay the high prices while living with the escrement and bodily fluids of the homeless - please register them and put them on lists for housing at empty lots - it is not just that just because they want to continue crime and drugs the rest of society has to suffer
