Thank you!! We're especially concerned as we get more seasonal leaf fall. If it's not kept to a minimum, in the next heavy rain it will flood. One year it flooded into our home because leaves clogged the storm drain. So now we rake the gutters in the fall/winter. It would help tremendously if the city cleaned twice a month.
