Meaning that a driver must stop Three times at three seperate stoplights because the movements are not properly syncronized. This new downtown Choke point causes cars to get stuck while queuing within either the intersection OR crosswalk. This new street light on Brush and West Grand Ave has made the immediate are LESS safe than before.
