    Earlier this month my dad‘S wheelchair My dad is 98 and was going to urgent care! The chair Got stuck, almost flipped when I was pushing him. There is a large dip in the pavement at the ramp.

    Today, My 98 yo mom was going to miracle ear. She could not use the ramp because of how little room there was with a car on top of the hash marks. The railing is also missing an entire section! She was able to get up the step of the curb and I lifted the walker for her use. The lack of railing was a huge issue too.

    There are 3 handicap spaces only located at this end. The owner of the shops needs to accommodate elderly. Being near the miracle ear is a good thing idea BUT not if it is not accessible.

    (Request on behalf of Braintree Commission on Disabilities): Temporary curb cuts were put in December 23, 2014 at the corners by the liquor store at Pearl Plaza due to visibility issues for pedestrians crossing inside the plaza where the sidewalk ends due parked cars obstructing the view of turning vehicles.

    Permanent ADA-compliant curb cuts were supposed to replace them once the winter was over, but the temporary curb cuts still remain.

    On multiple occasions in the evening, around 5-8 pm the crosswalk that runs between the municipal parking lot and Trendy Nails is blocked either on one or both sides from parked cars, sometimes with the car owner sitting in the car refusing to move. On many occasions on the Trendy Nails side it is someone waiting to pick up an employee leaving the salon for the day. We need the presence of Braintree Police here to keep this crosswalk clear on both sides, and if necessary ticket and tow the offending vehicles. Has happened any night but Friday nights seem the worst.

    Curbing cuts off sidewalk, crosswalk button positioned in wrong direction, sidewalk width issues onto Common St, light post in middle of sidewalk, etc.
