    Address is that of 325 Union Street , Corner of Union and Logan Drive - needs code enforcement action - Memorial Day 3 Day Weekend - Building Code Violations Across The Board at this site - New Deck & Steps - went in quick so Building inspector Would not know about it - No permit - per tenants in the home - home is rental property owner does not reside in it - Note the Steps have no back board as Building inspector requires them to have in Braintree for steps that get a building permit to meet the town code - steps are fresh new lumber just went in at rapid deployment speeds - not enough nuts and bolts or securing posts etc… — Note the home is not allowed to. be a two family home — as well — originally single family home - no building permit to make it two family allowed by town at site — neighborhood blocked it in the past — no egress windows or door mold and etc…. building to small — not centered no buffer zone between the building and side boundary line to level required by town by laws etc… fire alarm inspection fir code inspection - flunks at site egress openings etc… can not be a legal two family — site has only one address number - for all those crowding into it - all aliens - from over seas - owner does not like them or care about them and over charge them in rent — owner was told by town in past tp cease and desist - and to stop failing to get town permits and when town says to not do something they should stop doing it — illegal building at site on off on off all the time inside it and out side it - no approvals - no inspections - no over sight — town rewards owner by failing to address it - site had no rear deck before only steps down - site had ben in the past a 1 family home - no two family and should not be allowed to obtaning two family status - site is disgusting and problem plagued. illegal building and failing to meet safety is a disgrace as well - the illegal apartment should be gutted out and trashed it is bringing filth to this town — mold mildew terrible living conditions and quarters not meeting any code — health , building , fire, rats etc.. deck can cause injury on collapse as former steps did when they all got hurt on them — slum land lord - owner does not reside on site — town should clamp down and demand single family home status be observed and honored and site kept on compliance — building is not a historically large one and it has never had two family status and has no room for it - homes from it to down to weymouth landing are all single family — two families only exist for special accommodating buildings owners with permits that honor town laws and do not trample them such as this group.     Electrical work done without permits and not meeting standards exists as well by those not licensed or approved to do it.

    Photos have been sent in on the town web reporting site violations galore at site beneath the report an issue icon on the town web home page and they all denote no back boards exist on the steps as is required in town by building inspector for all others. Action is needed by the town.

    There are about six deep holes right next to the sidewalk. They are not covered or marked with anything. A child, adult or animal could hurt themselves very easily with nothing to alert them that all these holes are right next to the sidewalk. These holes need to be marked or something needs to be done.

    Braintree Police Station Across from its front door by Monument to decease officers at end of Blue pedestrian Cross walk - down spouts boldly tossing water onto property fro adjacent home at elevated heights to dump it down on the property. The towns building department giving out miss information so as to not do its job and order it stopped. The building department told all that “ Water Doesn’t Count “ - and they can not do anything about anyone deliberately taking efforts to funnel water from one property to that of another - The flow is not a natural flow here - that flow here is a manmade redirection and a man made redirection is clearly unlawful per the courts. property owner must make every effort to not do so - In Boston the building codes enforce directing water so as it is never is misdirected onto or into that of another persons property or side by side building etc… Boston has 3 family homes within one meter or one yard tick of each other and building department refuses to permit a side gutter discharge or one that pushes water from one persons home onto that of another - they must drain in other fashions down spouts that is the reason alone - that down spouts require building permits approvals — and be in place — they must only be in place an d discharge at base correctly— when water from one building is not to dischARGE ON ANOTHER PERSONS PROPERTY - if discharge is no problem then no permit is needed — bit when discharge is then gutters are required and needed and discharge of water must be approved as well so as to not harm other properties — this town is absolutely ridiculous that leaving that eye sore as is of down spouts boldly dumping enormous amounts of roof water onto memorial area as is — is all that can be done - is wrong — the neighbor could run a pipe connect the down down spouts and redirect them under ground they sell things to do so at lowes and home depot or above ground to their own property elsewhere for water discharge - dry well - etc…. Set up now looks boldly insultingly ridiculous to all the towns people visiting the memorial and police station on official business it stares them in the face as 100 percent wrong. Braintree looks like a backwards run town because of it.
