Way too many times the owner of the Wheelhouse Diner fails to establish a culture that respects and honors our neighbors, especially pedestrians. I demand the City demand the owner to make the expense to prevent this disrespect and carelessness of customers by means of prevention and deturance, and to evict if necessary any customer who behaves as this photo shows. Thanks. I'm tired of being put out by those who won't respect our codes of decentcy.
